Ordering

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You can consider our Best Starter Bundles if you have not try our meals before or if you prefer to email us, we would be happy to provide recommendations.

Delivery Service

When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday on either two delivery windows (subject to schedule availability)
  • Afternoon: 12pm - 5pm
  • Evening: 7pm - 10pm

What are the delivery charges?
  • Standard delivery is $15 for orders below $100
  • $7.50 for orders above $100
  • Free delivery for orders above $220 (Automatically waived when checking out) 
  • Specific delivery date for inbound travelers is $35 (In CBD, To Hotels/ Service Apartments only)
  • VIP delivery is $35 (Specific Day / Within 3 Hours Window)
What are the modes of payment? 
We accept credit card, bank transfer and PayNow.

When is the earliest I can receive my items after ordering?
You may receive your items one to two days after you have placed your orders. However, as we deliver only specific zone for a day, final confirmation will be advised upon completion of ordering and payment.

Areas that delivery service is not provided?
Anywhere in Singapore except Ubin Island, military areas, Sentosa (island-fee applicable) and Jurong Island. 

How are my items packed for delivery?
Placed inside woven bag and transported in ice-packed cooler bags ensuring temperature controlled delivery. 

Will you call me if I am absent during delivery/pickup time?
Yes, we may call you, send you a WhatsApp or leave an absent note. Please make an arrangement for re-delivery if necessary. 

Are there any charges for re-delivery?
Re-delivery charges of $15 will apply. You will need to reschedule the new delivery timing with our service provider. 

Are there any charges for delivery cancellations?
A cancellation fee of $20 applies. 

Self-collection Information (temporally stop)

Can I collect my orders instead of having them delivered?
You may collect your items from our store at 1 Bedok Reservoir View, #01-07, Aquarius By The Park with an appointment time within our pick up hours of 12pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Can I pick up at shopping malls or MRT stations?
No picking up of items in undefined places such as shopping malls, MRT stations and airports. 

How soon can I pick up my orders?
You may collect your items between one and two days after placing your order. You will receive an email informing that your items are ready for collection.
 
Is cooler bag/box provided for self-collection?
No, please bring your cooler bag or ice box along with you. Otherwise, please put them in a freezer within 1 hour from the time of collection.

Storage & Preparation

Storage:

Our meals can be stored for 48 hours in the fridge (4°C) and up to 2 months in the freezer (-18°C).

Preparation:

Our meals can be easily prepared by steaming (recommended) or microwaving. Simply remove the lid and steam it for 20-25 minutes or microwave it for 3-5 minutes. Stir the food; taste it to check the temperature (leave to cool or reheat if needed) then serve! [Electronic steamer and microwave is depended on its setting]
