ORDERING

Is there a minimum order?

  1. No minimum order is required. If you’re new to our meals, consider trying our Best Starter Bundles. Alternatively, feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations.

 

DELIVERY

When do you deliver?

  1. Monday to Friday, afternoon: 1 pm to 5 pm.
  2. Monday to Friday, evening: 3 pm to 7 pm.
    All delivery schedules are subject to availability.

 

What is the delivery charge?

  1. Standard Delivery: $15 for orders over $55.
  2. Flexi Delivery: $20 for orders $55 or less.
  3. Urgent Delivery: $25 for same-day or next-business-day delivery.
  4. Free Delivery: On orders over $200 (automatically applied at checkout).

 

Are there areas that which delivery service is not provided?

  1. We deliver to most areas in Singapore, excluding Ubin Island, military zones, and Jurong Island.

 

How are my meals packed for delivery?

  1. The meals will be placed in our bag and transported by a third-party delivery service, typically using an insulated bag with limited temperature control.

 

Will you call me if I am absent during delivery?

  1. Yes, we may call you and send an SMS or WhatsApp message, but rest assured, your meals will still be left at your door.

 

What should I do if I am unavailable during my scheduled delivery?

  1. You can leave a large cooler bag with ice packs at your door and provide clear instructions for the delivery person to place and seal your meals inside. The items will remain frozen for up to 2 hours, depending on the quality of the bag and ice packs.

 

PICKUP

Can I pick up my orders instead of having them delivered?

  1. You can pick up your items at our store located at 308 Telok Kurau Road, #01-26, Vibes @ East Coast. Please select a pickup date and time between Monday and Friday. All preferred pickup slots are subject to availability.

 

Can I pick it up at shopping malls or MRT stations?

  1. Meals cannot be picked up from unspecified locations, such as shopping malls, MRT stations, or airports.

 

How are my meals packed for pickup?

  1. Your meal will be placed in a plastic bag. If your travel time exceeds 30 minutes, consider bringing a cooler bag or icebox. To maintain freshness, it's best to place the meals in a freezer within 1 hour of pickup.

 

FULFILMENT

When is the earliest I can receive my meals after ordering?

  1. You will receive your meals within 2 working days of placing your order. Customized family or wellness meals will take 5 working days. We will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is ready.

 

PAYMENT

What are the modes of payment?

  1. We accept most credit cards, as well as PayNow and bank transfers.

 

STORAGE

Where do we keep the meals?

  1. For optimal freshness, store in the freezer at -12°C for up to 8 weeks.
  2. If kept in the refrigerator at 4°C, consume within 48 hours.

 

PREPARATION

How do we heat the meals?

  1. Transfer the meal from the bag into a suitable heating bowl.
  2. Steam between 15-25 minutes or microwave between 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.
  4. Let the meal cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving.
  5. For added aroma (for toddlers and kids' meals only), thaw the meal first, then briefly stir it in a preheated pan for 10-15 seconds.
