Beef broccoli vermicelli is a flavorful and balanced dish that combines minced beef, crisp broccoli florets, and thin vermicelli noodles. The meat is marinated in a sauce made from garlic, ginger, and mild soy seasoning, giving it a rich savoury taste. The broccoli is lightly sautéed to retain its crunch and vibrant green colour, adding a fresh and nutritious element to the dish. The vermicelli noodles, which are light and thin, are cooked until just tender and then tossed with the beef and broccoli. It’s a well-rounded meal that’s hearty yet light.

* STORAGE : In the freezer at -12°C for up to 8 weeks (recommended). If stored in the refrigerator at 4°C, it is best to consume them within 48 hours.
* PREPARATION : Transfer the meal to a suitable bowl. Steam for 15-25 minutes or microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating. Let the meal cool to a lukewarm temperature before serving. For added aroma (for toddlers and kids' meals only), thaw the meal first, then briefly stir it in a preheated pan for 10-15 seconds.

* DELIVERY is available from Monday to Friday with a pre-selected date / time of either (1pm to 5pm) or (3pm to 7pm). Standard delivery is $15 (for orders above $55), Flexi delivery is $20 (for orders below $55) and Free delivery on orders over $200.
* The earliest Pickup or Delivery is within 2 working days from date of order. Customized For You Menu will require 5 working days. An SMS / WhatsApp reminder will also be send for your convenience.
